East Mountain Provencal Salad

Estancia’s Old Windmill Dairy goat cheese, field greens, Kalamata olives and red beets tossed on our creamy, tangy dressing. Topped with homemade croutons.

Fish Dish

Pan seared wild haddock with an extra kick of herb & mushroom butter. Accompanied by sautéed fresh spinach tossed with pearl couscous.

BBQ Pork Sandwich

Plentiful pulled pork doused with tasty homemade BBQ sauce. Served on grilled Texas toast with pickled vegetable coleslaw and your choice of side.

Our classic sandwich; thinly sliced, lightly sautéed sirloin, chopped green chile, tomato slices and horseradish sauce between thick slice of grilled sourdough.

NY Cheesecake

Traditional New York style vanilla cheesecake with fresh strawberries.

Red Velvet Cupcake

Lush Southern delicacy with a rosy-red hue, perfectly encased in our homemade cream cheese icing.

Pineapple Falling Up Cake

Vanilla crumb cake lavished with pineapple cream cheese icing, crowned by sliced pineapple, cherries & walnuts.

Boston Cream Cake

Rich vanilla custard layered with soft sponge cake then topped with our chocolate icing. Garnished with delightful little cream puffs filled with custard & dipped in caramel.

Jelly Doughnut

Flying Star created a classic American doughnut with a European twist. Our Jelly Doughnut is made with French Brioche which is rich egg bread. Filled with Swiss Raspberry Jam & dipped in sugar.

Fresh Artisanal Bread
Our breads are created with aged doughs and homebrewed starters. We steam the dough in the baking process for thick chewy crusts.
These are gutsy, flavorful and healthy breads.
