Our homage to the roadside diner favorite—14 oz cube steak rolled in cornflake crumbs, pan-fried, with smashed potatoes, corn confetti & covered in creamy homemade gravy.

Flying French Onion Soup

Sweet onions simmer in rich, flavorful broth served up in a crusty bread “boule”. Use the toasted garlic crouton to scoop up the gooey Swiss cheese and broth for a wintery feast. (broth is 100% vegetarian).
