General Manager

RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

A General Manager oversees the operation of a single unit. You are responsible for building sales through excellent service and the development of Assistant Managers and hourly staff. Profitability and overall operational quality are key points to success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years salaried GM level experience
  • Managed $2.5 M sales or more as a GM
  • Experience with breakfast, lunch and dinner concepts preferred
  • From scratch experience
  • Mix of FOH & BOH training and/or management experience
  • Fast Casual or Casual/Family Dining experience
  • Planning, analysis, time management skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and manage it
  • Ability to lead, train, develop and retain staff, especially managers
   
Kitchen Manager

KITCHEN MANAGER

A Kitchen Manager oversees the heart of our restaurants–the food line. Experience and passion for all things culinary plus the ability to inspire others to produce our excellent dishes perfectly are the drivers of your success in this position.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years full-service or fast-casual kitchen management experience
  • Experience with breakfast, lunch and dinner concepts preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage food costs, presentation and food quality
  • Ability to manage rotating specials and just-in-time ordering
  • Excellent work history and references, with a record of career progression
   
Assistant Manager

ASSISTANT MANAGER

An Assistant Manager is involved in all aspects of front-of-the-house restaurant operations, including staffing, training and managing costs. Most important, however, is the role you play in ensuring our customers’ experience is pleasant in every way.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years full-service or fast-casual restaurant management or supervisory experience
  • FOH or BOH experience; prefer a mix of both
  • Excellent work history and references, with a record of career progression
   
Shift Leader

SHIFT LEADER

Shift Leader supports the managers in the day to day FOH & HOH shift operations including upholding performance and quality standards, directing crew in completing tasks, safety and security. An enthusiasm for people, quality, and service are the keys for success in this position.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and an inclination to smile frequently while having fun on the job!
  • Ability to work minimum 32 hours per week with weekend availability
  • Min. 1 year previous customer service experience–any industry
  • Min. 1 year previous supervisory experience in a restaurant/cafe
  • Excellent work history and references: a background check is required
