SHIFT LEADERS: Are the “go-to” people on the shift
- A positive attitude and an inclination to smile frequently while having fun on the job!
- Ability to work minimum 32 hours per week with weekend availability
- Min. 1 year previous customer service experience—any industry
- Min. 1 year previous supervisory experience in a restaurant/cafe
- Excellent work history and references: a background check is required

- Maintain restrooms, refill station and bus stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room

- Prepare menu items and present products according to our standards
- Produce orders efficiently, accurately, on time, with minimal waste

GARDE MANGER (PREP): Is the gatekeeper for quality product
- Friendly, prompt, service and support to the Line Cooks
- Prep products according to Flying Star Cafe standards
- Handle product efficiently and accurately, avoiding waste & spoilage
- Know all aspects of line food prepping requirements; including all procedures, possible pitfalls, (including prepping for specials)
- Assist cooks on the line during peak meal times

DISHWASHERS: Keep us clean & organized

Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in the dish area
