How do I earn rewards?
|
Each time you visit a Flying Star Café or Satellite Coffee location, present your card to our friendly counter folk. They’ll swipe your card to earn your points for that visit. It’s easy!
At this time Frequent Flyer points will not accumulate and rewards/gift cards cannot be redeemed at the following Satellite locations: UNM Bookstore, UNM SUB or Popejoy. |

do I get for my Frequent Flyer points?

50 points at Flying Star Café or
Satellite Coffee and receive a voucher for either a free
drink at Satellite or a free dessert* at Flying Star to use on your next visit. Voucher is valid for 3 months.
*Dessert = 1 cookie, or 1 pastry, or 1 slice of pie or 1 slice of cake. Not valid for a whole pie or cake.

do I get for my Takeaway Catering points?

Earn
points by presenting your Frequent Flyer card during the payment
process
each time you visit a Flying Star Café and purchase items from our TAKEAWAY
CATERING menu. Once you earn 100 points, you'll receive a voucher to use during
your next visit at Satellite Coffee for a free drink or at Flying Star Cafe for
a free dessert*. You choose! For
the TAKEAWAY CATERING Frequent Flyer rewards program, points do not accumulate
beyond 100, so once you reach 100 points you will receive a voucher. Your card
will then reset to zero and begin accumulating
points towards your next reward. Voucher is valid for 3 months.

What if I try to register my card and it says you have no record of my card number?
|
| All cards need to activated (or “swiped”) at the store in order to be eligible to register online. Please have your card activated by our Friendly Counter Folk the next time you visit our stores. |
|

How can I check how many points I have?
|
Enter the MEMBER LOUNGE to track your points. Be sure to have your card in hand, as you’ll need the number on the back of your card to log in. The member lounge tracks your points up until you have reached 50 points. Once 50 points is reached you will receive a voucher for a free drink at Satellite Coffee
or free dessert* at Flying Star Cafe. Once you receive your voucher your points will reset to zero and then you can start track points for your next reward.

What do I do if I lose my card?
|
| Pick up another Frequent Flyer card to begin earning points again. Unfortunately, we’re unable to transfer points from a lost Frequent Flyer card to a new Frequent Flyer card. Flying Star Café and Satellite Coffee are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. |

Do I need to have money on my Frequent Flyer card to earn points?
|
| No. Earn points any time you present your card to our counter folks during the payment process. We’ll swipe your card to record the points that you earn for that visit. |

Do I need my card with me to earn points or redeem points?
|
| Yes. Your card serves as your passport to rewards. Our friendly counter folks will need to swipe your card during the payment process in order for you to earn points. |
|

Do my points ever expire?
|
| No. As long as you have your card, you have your points. |
|

What do I do with my old Satellite Caffeine Fiend card?
|
| Surrender your current Caffeine Fiend card to any Satellite Coffee location and we’ll give you a complimentary drink of choice as a thank you for transitioning to our new program. Paper Caffeine Fiend cards will be accepted for redemption through July 31st, 2008. |

What do I do with my old Satellite Bean Fiend card?
|
| Surrender your current Bean Fiend card to any Satellite Coffee location and we’ll give you a complimentary bag of pre-packaged beans of your choice as a thank you for transitioning to our new program. Paper Bean Fiend cards will be accepted for redemption through July 31st, 2008. |
