How do I earn rewards?

Each time you visit a Flying Star Café or Satellite Coffee location, present your card to our friendly counter folk. They’ll swipe your card to earn your points for that visit. It’s easy!
At this time Frequent Flyer points will not accumulate and rewards/gift cards cannot be redeemed at the following Satellite locations: UNM Bookstore, UNM SUB or UNM Popejoy. |

What if I try to register my card and it says you have no record of my card number?

| All cards need to activated (or “swiped”) at the store in order to be eligible to register online. Please have your card activated by our Friendly Counter Folk the next time you visit our stores. |

How can I check how many points I have?
|
Enter the MEMBER LOUNGE online at flyingstarcafe.com or satcoffee.com to track your points. Be sure to have your card in hand, as you’ll need the number on the back of your card to log in. The MEMBER LOUNGE tracks your points in all 3 reward programs (shown below) and shows you your gift card balance (if you have one).
$5 Reward Voucher points: Once 50 points is reached you will receive a $5 Reward Voucher. Once you receive
your $5 Reward Voucher your points will reset to zero and then you can track your points for your next reward.
Takeaway Catering Member points: Once 100 points is reached you will receive a $5 Reward Voucher. Once you receive
your $5 Reward Voucher your points will reset to zero and then you can track your points for your next reward.
Kids Club points: Once 25 points is reached you will receive a $5 Reward Voucher. Once you receive your $5

What do I do if I lose my card?
|
| Pick up another Frequent Flyer card to begin earning points again. Unfortunately, we’re unable to transfer points from a lost Frequent Flyer card to a new Frequent Flyer card. Flying Star Café and Satellite Coffee are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. |

Do I need to have money on my Frequent Flyer card to earn points?

| No. Earn points any time you present your card to our counter folks during the payment process. We’ll swipe your card to record the points that you earn for that visit. |

| Yes. Your card serves as your passport to rewards. Our friendly counter folks will need to swipe your card during the payment process in order for you to earn points. |
